Return & Refund Policy — Sixmilude

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Non-returnable items: sale items, hygiene-related products, and custom items.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Item
Contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@sixmilude.com and our team will provide instructions and the correct return address.
Returns sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
